🔌 Step 2: Connecting the Steering Wheel

We connect our steering wheel to an available USB port (Xbox, PlayStation or PC) for PCs we recommend a 3.0 port on the back of the CPU

Once we turn on our F1 Pro wheel, a screen like this will appear.

📶 Step 3: WiFi Display Setup

With the help of our cell phone we must connect our screen via WIFI to our internet network where we have our console or PC connected. I will look for the wifi signal of our screen "SimuDashF1Config"

Once connected to the screen, this screen will appear. If it does not appear automatically, we must open our browser and enter this address 192.168.4.1 into the search engine.

Once inside this screen, tap on Configure WIFI

We select our wifi network where our console or PC is connected, we enter our network password and press SAVE

If our connection was successful, our steering wheel screen should change to an image like this

🎮 Step 4: In-Game Settings

Finally, we must open our Formula 1 2022 - 2023 - 2024 game and go to the telemetry settings section.

Inside we must configure these parameters

UDP Telemetry: Enabled
UDP Broadcast Mode: Disabled
UDP IP Address: (this is found on the F1 Pro screen on the top left)
UDP port: 20777
UDP Sending Rate: 30Hz
UDP format: 2022
Your Telemetry: Restricted
Show Online ID: Disabled

🏁 Step 5: Let's Run!

Now we can get in and run with all our telemetry working!!!!

Rear Button Option: The rear button on the SimuDash MOD F1 Pro steering wheel allows you to reset the WiFi connection, useful for switching to a new network or troubleshooting connectivity issues.

Reset Steps:

  1. Disconnect the USB cable from the steering wheel.
  2. Press and hold the back button.
  3. Connect the USB cable while holding down the button.
  4. Wait for the screen to display the SimuDash interface.
  5. Set up a new WiFi connection from settings.

Important Notes:

  • Waiting time : The process may take a few seconds. Do not release the button until the screen displays the SimuDash interface.
  • Recommended use : Perform this procedure only when you need to change Wi-Fi networks or troubleshoot connectivity issues.

Additional Tips:

  • If the problem persists, check that the WiFi router is working properly and that the steering wheel is within the coverage range.
