Warranty:
If you have any problems with products that are still under warranty, you must first contact us by email at contacto@simudash.com. We will do our best to help resolve the issue with you before contacting the manufacturer. If we are unable to resolve the issue, the products must be returned to our warehouse, including details such as the serial number and any available supporting images or videos. Simufy will provide you with a return label and cover the cost of the return. We will then work with the manufacturer to fix the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note that we do not issue replacements for any items under warranty until the item has been repaired or replaced by the manufacturer and returned to us. If the manufacturer believes the issue is not covered under warranty, you will be invoiced for incoming and outgoing shipping costs due to return the item to you.
We offer a full 2 ​​year manufacturer's warranty on all products unless otherwise stated.

Returns:
We like to make things as easy as possible, if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase you can return it with no administration or handling fees. The item must be unused with the original packaging and returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or full refund, less any one-way or return shipping charges imposed by the courier.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. We suggest using your national postal service to return merchandise. If the products do not reach us, we are not in a position to exchange or refund the item. The customer is responsible for the merchandise until it has been received by us.

When an item is returned, we will inspect and refund as quickly as possible, usually within 1-2 business days. The time it takes for refunds to post to customer bank accounts varies from bank to bank, but typically takes 1-3 business days.
